Instructions and Processing Information:
1.  DM on Instagram (@crazycraftsbyelaine) or email info@crazycraftsbyelaine.com with your order number and a few pictures of your pet(s). 
  • Please provide at least two (2) pictures of your pet(s). I will pick and redesign the best suited photo for this artpiece.
    • Tips for pet designs: 
      • 1 pet is ideal, but I am happy to try and fit 2 pets per design. 
        • Example is of Mac & Tosh https://www.instagram.com/mac_corgi/
      • background should be basic (examples: wall, couch, grass).
 
2.  Within 3 business days, you will receive two (2) design concepts (either on Instagram or via email). You choose the one (1) you like. 
 
3. After you agree to the design, I will process the order in 7-10 business days.
  • for large orders, allow 10-14 business days for processing
